Since 2019, our team has been restoring abandoned orchards and vineyards in different countries, in 2023, by combining the two areas, the company “EBCV – Easy Bella Cider Village” was founded, which brings together a producer of wines and ciders under their respective brands.
Easy, Bella is an in-house restoration of once abandoned vineyards and wineries.
All our vineyards are planted with unrivaled French and Georgian grape varieties, which are used as raw materials for the production of wines by the most revered wineries in the world.
White varieties: Rkatsiteli, Chardonnay, Muskat Ottonel, Viognier, Sauvignon Blanc, Muscat Petit.
Red varieties: Saperavi, Cabernet Sauvignon,
Cabernet Franc, Syrah, Pinot Noir, Merlot.
The production of non-alcoholic wine does not differ at all from the cultivation of classic alcoholic wines, the only difference being an additional step in the production process, de-alcoholization. At this stage, the wine is deprived of alcohol content just before bottling, by vacuum de-alcoholization, at a temperature of only 22°C, which does not cause any damage to the wine, and does not deprive it of its useful properties.
Our production is equipped with modern equipment, however, due to the exceptional quality of our products, the volume of our production is limited and is usually booked at the stage of ripening of the harvest.
We produce dry, semi-dry and sweet natural non-alcoholic white wines from the following varieties of our own grapes:
Saperavi, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Syrah, Pinot Noir, Merlot.

We produce rosé wines exclusively according to generally accepted standards, only from dark grape varieties. Blending white and red wines to produce rosé wines is not allowed. The blending of white and red wines is only permitted for the production of pink sparkling wines.
We produce non-alcoholic sparkling wines from white grape varieties: Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Rkatsiteli. Non-alcoholic rosé sparkling wines are produced by blending the following grape varieties: Muskat Ottonel, Muscat Petit with Saperavi, Syrah and Pinot Noir.
